Apply fertilizers and crop protection products, operate and maintain application equipment, support agronomy operations and shop work, provide customer service, and follow safety and compliance policies.

Provide crop consultation, retail sales, and account management to farmers. Build customer relationships, develop business plans, introduce products/services, deliver value-added recommendations (seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision tools), manage receivables, resolve complaints, and support other advisors while following safety and company policies.
