Apply fertilizers and crop protection products, operate and maintain application equipment, support agronomy operations and shop work, provide customer service, and follow safety and compliance policies.

Support daily agronomy operations by assisting with inventory, blending, dispatch, deliveries, equipment utilization, employee scheduling, training, and performance development. Operate agronomy equipment, assist in field, warehouse, and shop tasks, and collaborate with operations manager, sales team, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.

Support and coordinate daily fuel and propane delivery operations, provide technical guidance and field support to employees, manage fleet readiness and maintenance, promote safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with operations and other departments to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.

Lead and develop the Energy Operations team overseeing fuel and propane delivery, service, safety, budgets, and operational performance. Drive process improvements, regulatory compliance, cross-department collaboration, and customer-focused operations across Central Minnesota.

Support daily agronomy operations alongside the Operations Manager by coordinating inventory, blending, dispatch, deliveries, equipment use, employee schedules, training, and customer service while promoting safety and operational efficiency.

Apply fertilizers and crop protection products to customer fields per crop plans; calibrate and maintain application, spraying, and NH3 equipment; perform vehicle and facility maintenance; communicate with customers; follow safety procedures and company policies; maintain required licenses and CDL endorsements.
