Job Description
Talented Instructional Designer with a strong focus on eLearning development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and the expertise to design and develop effective eLearning modules. In this role, you will collaborate with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and clients to deliver high-quality eLearning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and objectives.
- Design and develop interactive and engaging eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets for eLearning content.
- Ensure eLearning modules are accessible, interactive, and responsive across various devices.
- Implement innovative instructional strategies, including scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of eLearning modules.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eLearning development and instructional design.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into eLearning projects.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on eLearning development.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of eLearning modules and instructional design projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design software and multimedia development tools.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
- Certification in instructional design or eLearning development (e.g., ATD, eLearning Guild, etc.).
