We are now looking for tree EMS Supply Leads to support our Material EMS purchasing team at Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden.

Who is your future team?
Operations is responsible for Axis global supply chain, sourcing, industrialization and manufacturing. The Material EMS Supply Team, consisting of 25 dedicated and talented co-workers, is responsible to balance inventory and ensure product availability to supply customer demands. We work in close collaboration with manufacturing partners worldwide and strive to build a robust and sustainable supply chain together. The EMS Supply Lead is reporting to the EMS Supply Manager.

What will you do as an EMS Supply Lead?
We are looking for three EMS Supply Lead’s to join our purchasing team specializing in our largest supplier group – our contract manufacturers i.e EMS. The EMS Supply Lead is responsible for the success of the operational collaboration with the contract manufacturer. Your role within the EMS Supply team is to support the operational supply planning process. Cross functionally, you are part of the Core Team, focusing on smooth collaborations and alignment in ways of working to reach our common goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare, review and analyze the supply plan for the relevant EMS.
  • Assure clear and aligned communication between AXIS and the EMS.
  • Facilitate the weekly meetings with the purchasing team and the EMS.
  • Represent EMS Supply in the Core Team to ensure efficient planning and execution to meet our supply requirements.
  • Ensure that the supply processes, as well as other operational processes, are developed and followed to reach the goals set.
  • Track performance of the EMS using the defined KPIs, identify areas of improvement as well as support in creating and tracking action plans.
  • Ensure that the ways of working across the different EMS´s are aligned, structured and support the S&OE and S&OP process going forward.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a supply planning professional with a broad understand of supply chain. You collaborate well with others and are a strong and clear communicator. You have a business-oriented mindset that can add value in developing the strategic ways of working in our purchasing function.

We furthermore believe you have:

  • A few years of experience working in the AXIS Supply Chain or equivalent outside AXIS, working specifically with Supply planning.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • An ability to build and sustain strong trusting collaborative relationships across departments inside of AXIS as well as with our EMS.
  • A relevant education in the field or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English skills.

The position may require approximately 5-10 days of travelling a year.
