What You'll Do

- Develop Talent & Culture: Be accountable for building a high-performing workforce, ensuring a pipeline of critical talent, and fostering engagement at all levels.
- Protect & Optimize Assets: Lead governance to safeguard operational standards, compliance, and asset value.
- Build Relationships: Act as a vital bridge between internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and elevate Mondelēz's equity and reputation.
What You'll Bring
- Exceptional Leadership Experience: Proven track record in driving manufacturing performance, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S practices.
- Strategic and Growth Mindset: Strong financial and business acumen combined with project management expertise to deliver measurable results.
- Inspiring Leadership: Excellent communication skills. Inspire the team in developing and executing our vision and goals, coupled with coaching abilities that empower teams to thrive.
- Cross-Functional Excellence: Deep understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and commercial functions, with a history of building strong collaborative relationships.
