This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, enhancing workplace conditions, and cultivating a safety-first culture.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the implementation of Mondelez HSE standards, programs, processes, and initiatives, reporting directly to the Managing Director for the Nordics. You'll engage with leaders across various business units and collaborate with both internal and external partners, including work environment authorities and occupational health care providers. With a commitment to promoting an inclusive, safety-focused environment, your expertise and proactive approach will make a lasting impact.
The role includes occasional travel, mainly in the Nordics.
How You Will Contribute

- Plan and conduct training, coaching leaders and teams to drive awareness and support a zero-incident, well-being-focused culture.
- Ensure compliance with both local and company HSE regulations, thoroughly understanding and adhering to country-specific legislation.
- Participate in incident investigations, address non-conformances, and lead the resolution process based on root cause analysis.
- Conduct and follow up on risk assessments to minimize or eliminate workplace hazards, supporting safe environments for both office-based and field sales staff.
What You Will Bring
- Expertise in Swedish work environment legislation, with additional knowledge in one or more of the other Nordic countries.
- Experience with Systematic Work Environment Management and HSE, either from a specialized role focused on workplace environment or as part of broader HR responsibilities.
- Educational background in HR, HSE, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive mindset to advance the HSE agenda across office and field sales teams.
Who You Might Be
- You may have an HR background with a strong interest in understanding and implementing work environment laws, particularly in the areas of psychological and physical safety.
- You are eager to learn and adapt, bringing a keen eye for details and a commitment to ensuring compliance and audit readiness in workplace health and safety.
-Your strengths are in cultivating a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment, with a particular focus on the psychosocial aspects of workplace safety.
- You are highly driven, able to take initiative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- You are collaborative, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and are skilled at engaging stakeholders to support a well-being-oriented culture.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a culture of safety and well-being within a dynamic and supportive team.
