The Role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm with locations across the world in 15 countries, has an exciting employment opportunity for you. We offer competitive compensation, along with the opportunity to work within an innovative and collaborative environment.

We are looking for a motivated student eager to take initiative, interested in the areas of HR and Marketing, with the availability to work at least three days a week.

This role involves working onsite from our Warsaw office. You will report to both HR and Business Development & Marketing Directors.

Job requirements

  • Updating HR and Marketing materials and presentations.

  • Providing support in updating content on the firm’s website, intranet, and social media.

  • Assisting with the organization of internal and external events hosted by HR and Marketing.

  • Researching and monitoring press, trends, and rankings.

  • Supporting the HR and Marketing teams with ongoing responsibilities.

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Very good command of Polish and English.

  • Very good written and verbal communication for creating compelling content, such as press releases, social media updates, and recruitment materials.

  • Proactive approach combined with a strong commitment to high quality work and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with using social media e.g. LinkedIn to showcase the firm’s culture, achievements, and career opportunities.

  • Good planning skills to help coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of internal & external events.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to align employer branding efforts with the firm’s overall goals.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in progress (at least the third year of studies) in fields such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Management, Law, New Media, Economics, New Technologies, Journalism, Public Relations.

Technology

  • Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft tools (Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
