- Design, artwork, layout and formatting, typesetting promotional material.
- Establish partnerships with universities to collaborate in Employer Branding initiatives.
- Assist in conceptualizing and designing of social media contents which align with organization's goals.
- Liaise with department teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trend.
- Prepare, draft, and edit write-ups for readability and consistency.
- Proof reading and copy writing.
- Assist end to end for employer branding Events and Projects.
- Undergraduate students from any major, preferably in late semester.
- Preferably with related organizational/project experience, with portfolio to attach.
- Experience in handling events will be a plus point.
- Excellent creativity skill, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of Canva.
- Understanding of the latest social media trends.
- Familiar with visual communication principles and copywriting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Passion for writing and designing.
- Team player and people person with positive learning attitude.
