Shape the Future of Employee Relations within FNZ

FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of one of the most significant UK employment law transformation programmes in recent years. As legislation evolves and new employment rights are introduced across 2026 and 2027, you'll play a critical role in ensuring FNZ remains compliant, operationally ready, and positioned for success.

Working closely with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Systems, People Operations, Learning & Development and senior business leaders, you'll help shape how FNZ responds to a rapidly changing employment landscape while protecting the organisation from legal, regulatory, reputational and employee relations risk.

  • Create practical learning materials, decision-support tools and guidance resources
  • Support People Team upskilling activities across multiple disciplines
  • Lead communication and change adoption initiatives across the UK workforce
  • Drive the embedding of new policies, frameworks and ways of working

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert for complex employee relations and employment law matters
  • Provide strategic guidance on emerging risks and legislative developments
