Job Description:
Employee Life Cycle Analyst
Huntsman is seeking an Employee Life Cycle Analyst to support the HR Shared Services Division located in Heredia, Costa Rica. This position will report to the Head of HR Shared Services Americas.
Job Scope
The Employee Life Cycle Analyst implements and performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee record-keeping. This role often handles sensitive employee and company information and inquiries, requiring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
In summary, as the Employee Life Cycle Analyst, you will:

Carry out a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks as directed (e.g., new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, etc.), advise colleagues, and provide guidance on processes when needed.

Manage necessary data exchanges (inbound and outbound) with HR vendors.

Prepare moderately complex documents using various applications and standard office software.

Gather and summarize data for reports.
Qualifications
You must possess the following minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field of study. 3+ years of work experience in similar roles can be considered in lieu of a degree.

2+ years of experience in similar roles in the shared service industry.

A valid US Visa and passport are not required but highly desirable.

Candidates must be willing to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our office located in AFZ, Heredia. Additional office days may be required as needed or during corporate visits.
Skills and Knowledge
-
Experience with Workday ATS or similar HCMS.

Proficient in English (B2+) and Spanish, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
