Your Role:

The Employee Experience Specialist is the hands-on force behind the day-to-day execution of our employee experience efforts. Reporting to the Employee Experience & Operations Manager, this role focuses on turning plans into action - supporting and coordinating events, activities, and cultural initiatives that bring our company values to life. As a friendly and approachable point of contact for employees, you help create a positive and engaging workplace by ensuring every experience is delivered smoothly, thoughtfully, and with care. This is a highly operational role, centered on execution, logistics, and employee support.

Your Opportunity:

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Execute initiatives and activities based on the employee experience strategy and roadmap
  • Plan and execute company activities and events - from concept to completion, including happy hours, company events, team-building activities, and offsites
  • Manage all event logistics: coordinate with vendors, track budgets for specific events, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day
  • Constantly research new ideas, trends, and venues to keep our events fresh, exciting, and engaging

Cultural Moments & Welfare:

  • Bring our cultural rituals to life by coordinating the logistics for holiday celebrations, employee gifts, and other special moments
  • Acknowledge and support personal milestones, such as anniversaries, birthdays, new babies, and other life events with care and attention to detail
  • Administer day-to-day welfare programs and perks, acting as the main point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Support the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they receive a warm welcome

Collaboration & Support:

  • Serve as a daily point of contact for employee questions, needs, and feedback related to experience or office life
  • Work closely with departments across the company to provide logistical support for their specific team events and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Receptionist & Office Manager to ensure a seamless connection between daily office life and special events

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of direct experience in Employee Experience, Company Welfare, or Event Production, within the high-tech industry
  • Proven, hands-on experience planning and executing high-quality events of all sizes, from concept to completion
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and deadlines simutaneously
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a creative mindset and a "can-do" attitude
  • Demonstrates resilience and poise under pressure
  • High proficiency in English (verbal and written)

And Ideally:

  • Experience working in a global, US-based company is a plus
