Summary
Develops, implements and monitors employee engagement programs to ensure successful engagement efforts for all employees. Works toward ensuring productive and positive work experiences that incorporates our values, policies and procedures. Conducts follow up with employees to collect, analyze and identify opportunities to improve the work experience through surveys and other means to aid in retention and development of employees. . Assesses internal and external environment, drives organizational alignment initiatives, and leads transformation efforts.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the delivery and execution of employee engagement activities for all employees. Designs and develops initiatives that include but are not limited to onboarding, recognition/appreciation/rewards, development, diversity/ inclusion, retention, building trust, advocacy, employee assistance program support, etc.

Conducts follow up to determine program effectiveness. Works with ER staff to determine and/or address opportunities resulting in workplace challenges. Researches the feasibility of changes to include possible outcomes, costs and limitations. Ensures the delivered product meets the needs of the organization. Acts as change agent providing the support in a dynamic, diverse workforce. May recommend training and coaching opportunities.

Research workplace trends and challenges to identify best practices for successful employee engagement initiatives to enhance workforce development. Ensures an understanding of the business environment in order to be proactive to the business needs of the organization.

Partners with internal and external customers to support/guide the development, implementation, and follow-up actions associated with employee engagement.
Required Education:
Bachelor's
Degree Equivalency:
4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
Required Work Experience:
4 years human resources to include experience in training delivery.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication (oral and written), presentation, and judgment skills. Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations to management. Ability to persuade and influence others. Demonstrated consultative abilities in working with a broad/diverse employee population, leadership, and organizational development activities.
Required Software and Tools:
Ability to use standard office equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or other word processing, spreadsheet, database software.
