The Opportunity

As an Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst at M3, you'll be at the forefront of our benefits marketing operations, managing the complete marketing lifecycle for group benefits including life, disability, vision, dental, and voluntary benefits. How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage the end-to-end marketing process for employee benefits, including RFP distribution and carrier coordination.
• Track and analyze carrier proposals, compiling clear comparison reports for internal and client use.
• Utilize Epic, ThreeFlow, and AI-driven tools to manage data, proposals, and marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client needs.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to support smooth communication and negotiations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all marketing data and documentation.
• Present organized, data-driven insights on pricing, coverage, and plan designs.
• Coordinate marketing processes and prepare RFPs for carrier partner.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance marketing, employee benefits, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise and strong understanding of life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits products.
• Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses or ability to obtain within onboarding period.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with agency management systems and marketing platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Experience using innovative technology to streamline processes and deliver accurate client information.
• Valid Driver's License.
