The Emerging Talent team supervises both university relations and events, including our global internship and new graduate programs. Partner with the best
In this role, you'll manage the internship recruitment lifecycle from launch to offer and onboarding. You'll be partnering with universities across Poland, Spain, Israel, and more. You'll also collaborate with our global team to support day-to-day program operations and deliver social and career development events for students. You'll also collaborate with our marketing team to brand Akamai as a top landing spot for students.
As an Emerging Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Full-cycle recruitment, including: sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation
- Planning, attending, and executing programming for interns
- Establishing meaningful partnerships with hiring teams to assess business needs and launch a thorough hiring strategy
- Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships across countries in EMEA
- Managing the performance review, orientation, and offboarding practices for interns
- Documenting internal processes and procedures, maintaining internal web pages and recruiting tools

- Have relevant experience in the Talent Acquisition team
- Show exceptional communication skills ability to handle discussions with tact and diplomacy on a global team
- Have prior experience planning or leading events (bonus if experience with recruitment)
- Show an ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate customer service and consulting skills with all levels of stakeholders in the recruiting process.
