EMEA Supplier Agreement Manager
Role Summary
Lead the governance and lifecycle management of strategic supplier agreements across EMEA, ensuring contractual commitments, commercial objectives, and vendor investments are effectively executed and optimized. Partner across Vendor Alliances, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive business value, reduce risk, and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Governance
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier agreements, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and strategic expansions.
Ensure contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and governance requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and fulfilled.
Maintain accurate contract records and provide visibility on key commitments, renewal timelines, and commercial dependencies.
Risk & Compliance Management
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
Drive resolution of compliance issues and contractual disputes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Escalate critical risks and provide recommendations to support informed business decisions.
Stakeholder & Commercial Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters across Vendor Alliances, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Facilitate alignment on contractual commitments, commercial priorities, and strategic initiatives.
Support contract negotiations, governance reviews, and supplier relationship management activities.
Process Excellence
Drive standardization of contract management processes, tools, and governance practices across EMEA.
Improve visibility, efficiency, and accountability throughout the contract-to-execution lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
Profile Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
5+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, commercial operations, procurement, or business governance.
Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contract lifecycle management, and risk assessment.
Experience working within a complex, matrixed, international organization.
Knowledge of vendor-funded programs, commercial governance, and supplier engagement models is a plus.
