Job Title: Ellucian Developer / Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Ellucian Developer / Consultantto support ongoing development, integration, and maintenance of Ellucian applications in a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner, Ethos, or related Ellucian systems and strong technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and API integrations.
This is a part-time, remote engagement (approximately 20 hours per week) with an initial duration of 3 months, likely to extend based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development, customization, and integration of Ellucian Banner and related applications.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages for system enhancements.
- Assist with Ethos API integrations and third-party system connections.
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting, bug fixes, and production support.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and data migrations as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Ellucian Banner / Colleague / Ethos.
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development background.
- Hands-on experience with Ellucian Ethos Integration and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and ERP processes in higher education.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ellucian Experience, CRM, or Degree Works.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development settings.
