Lead the architecture, operations, reliability, and continuous improvement of production Azure platforms, with emphasis on AKS, networking, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Serve as an L3/L4 escalation expert, implement automation and operational guardrails, improve deployment and production-readiness practices, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and mentor cloud operations engineers across engineering, SRE, security, and delivery teams.

Translates business requirements into technical designs, builds APIs, integrations, workflows, data-processing components, and backend/frontend solutions, and supports testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Leads technical workstreams, workshops, and client discussions; manages risks and dependencies; reviews deliverables; and mentors development team members.

Leads customer discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, functional solution design, configuration, testing, Agile delivery, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer for banking product and pricing implementations. Partners with product, engineering, QA, and implementation teams while managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder relationships, and customer outcomes. Lead-level responsibilities include facilitating workshops, owning functional workstreams, mentoring consultants, and providing functional leadership.

Lead end-to-end functional, manual, integration, regression, API, database, batch, ETL, Kafka, and automated testing for complex banking applications. Develop test plans and automation, validate data and integrations, manage defects and release quality, assess risks, estimate QA effort, mentor junior engineers, and improve QA practices through reusable assets and AI-assisted testing.

Designs and evaluates enterprise-wide RPA architectures and UiPath solutions. Leads solution design, implementation guidance, testing, platform best practices, integrations, and technical documentation. Collaborates with enterprise architects, IT development, implementation, sales, and presales teams to deliver robust client solutions aligned with strategic architecture. Develops C# workflows and custom activities and supports complex UiPath configurations across cloud and enterprise environments.

Lead end-to-end Paradox implementations integrated with Workday: gather requirements, design/configure solutions, build integrations, test/UAT, deploy, troubleshoot, train stakeholders, and provide post-production support and documentation.

The role involves designing solutions, particularly in the core banking domain using Java, Microservices, and Azure, and collaborating on enterprise-grade applications.

Lead end-to-end Paradox implementations integrated with Workday: gather requirements, design and configure conversational AI and workflows, build integrations, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and train stakeholders. Partner with HR, IT, and Workday teams to ensure data flow, security, and post-production support.
