Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical circuits, assemblies, and subsystems for manufacturing equipment.
  • Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Support prototype builds, product qualification, and transition to manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and system-level issues during development and production.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Systems, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams.
  • Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience (Semiconductor Equipment Industry)

  • Electrical subsystem design for automated manufacturing or semiconductor equipment.
  • Design reviews, FMEA, design validation, and qualification testing.
  • Product lifecycle management from concept through manufacturing release.
  • Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in electrical design, manufacturing engineering, or product development.
