Supervise day-to-day plant production activities and frontline hourly employees to meet safety, quality, environmental and production targets. Manage materials, shipments, SAP data entry, training, investigations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/SPC). Ensure conformance to safety/environmental programs and union agreements while driving process and people performance.

Operate a roof bolter to install roof bolts and secure underground mine roofs, perform inspections, hand scaling, light maintenance, safety checks, inventory tracking, production reporting, and communicate hazards. Train to operate scaling equipment and maintain equipment condition and cleanliness.

Perform general kiln department duties including routine maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, operating small loaders and load-out spouts, handling coal systems, collecting material samples, learning and operating rotary kiln processes, and adhering to safety procedures. Work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and holidays, and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Operate and maintain a lime production plant and load-out facility, including heavy equipment (shuttlewagon, haul trucks, skid steer, loaders). Perform pre-shift inspections, sampling, housekeeping, paperwork, and preventative maintenance. Follow safety procedures, fill in for related roles as needed, and complete assigned training and tasks.

Perform sample preparation and laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods; prepare and label chemicals; record and report test results; inspect, maintain, and stock laboratory equipment and chemicals; report faults to supervisor and perform other assigned tasks.

Supervise QC/QA operations: order materials, inspect raw materials and finished products, manage lab testing and calibration, handle nonconforming products, maintain ISO 9001 documentation, prepare test reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure product quality and safety.

Perform laboratory quality control: test raw materials, finished goods, and samples; prepare and label chemicals; record and send test results; inspect and maintain lab equipment; monitor chemical stock; report faulty results to supervisor; perform other assigned QA/QC tasks.

Receive and inspect incoming goods, package and match items to purchase orders, issue spare parts and fuel against requests, monitor min-max stock levels and trigger orders, maintain monthly stock reports, coordinate pallet handling and forklift use, perform other assigned store tasks.

Supervise production operations to ensure safety, environmental compliance, quality, and process conformance. Oversee raw material loading, shipments, and finished goods distribution by rail and truck. Lead and develop production staff, implement corrective actions, manage material flow, and resolve process issues. Work rotating shifts and coordinate in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Manage project document flow: receive, log, review, approve, distribute, archive and digitize records. Maintain EDMS and Master Document Register, monitor due dates and exception reports, control transmittals, manage SharePoint vendor access, create templates, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accessible, controlled, searchable documentation.

Develop and manage customer accounts, drive B2B sales growth through prospecting and pipeline management, coordinate with internal teams for pricing, operations, and marketing, maintain key account plans and industry relationships, and travel to customer sites to support business development.

Lead plant production operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage schedules and quality, coordinate maintenance-production activities, coach and develop staff, run improvement projects (Lean/continuous improvement), and maintain uptime during disruptions while driving operational excellence and safety engagement.

Lead and deliver capital projects from scope through close, managing schedule, budget, procurement, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with operations and industrial plans.

Supervise and coach the Accounts Payable team, oversee the full AP cycle and Procure-to-Pay contributions, ensure timely and accurate invoice payment and reconciliations, maintain internal controls and compliance, resolve complex vendor disputes, drive process improvements and automation, support audits, and prepare AP reports and KPIs for management.

Lead operations, safety, environmental compliance, and staff at multiple production sites. Drive continuous improvement, production planning, cost control, capital projects, community and stakeholder relations, and develop a high-performing team.

Provide global network engineering support (LAN/WAN/DNS/DHCP/firewalls/wireless), troubleshoot L1-L3 issues, manage infrastructure lifecycle, automate tasks, optimize latency, support datacenter migrations and Cisco/Meraki deployments, create documentation, and mentor teams.

Inspect, lubricate, and service production machines; diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; repair or replace damaged parts; ensure safe operation and minimize equipment downtime.

Provide frontline IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; install and maintain systems and devices; manage user accounts and permissions; perform updates/patches; support LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN connectivity; document solutions; provide end-user training; monitor and escalate complex issues to other IT teams.

Inspect and verify stone products (standard, custom-cut, handcrafted, trading, imported/domestic) against 2D/3D designs and specifications; perform dry lay arrangements; prepare inspection and production reports; manage measurement tools and calibration renewals; coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Installation; verify goods prior to dispatch and prepare daily and monthly quality data.

Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation (quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions), inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished marble products, verify conformity to 2D/3D drawings and purchase orders, inspect received goods, and coordinate calibration and renewal of measurement instrument certificates.
