Provide frontline IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; install and maintain systems and devices; manage user accounts and permissions; perform updates/patches; support LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN connectivity; document solutions; provide end-user training; monitor and escalate complex issues to other IT teams.

Inspect and verify stone products (standard, custom-cut, handcrafted, trading, imported/domestic) against 2D/3D designs and specifications; perform dry lay arrangements; prepare inspection and production reports; manage measurement tools and calibration renewals; coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Installation; verify goods prior to dispatch and prepare daily and monthly quality data.

Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation (quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions), inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished marble products, verify conformity to 2D/3D drawings and purchase orders, inspect received goods, and coordinate calibration and renewal of measurement instrument certificates.

Develop detailed 3D models, prepare fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, and GA layouts for new or retrofit packaged equipment. Ensure designs meet industrial codes, review vendor documentation, maintain standards libraries, and support procurement and cross-functional teams. Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Plan and execute mechanical/process engineering projects from small packaged equipment to larger retrofits and capital projects. Produce designs, specifications, drawings and documentation; coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams; generate labour estimates; provide technical guidance and field support for installation, commissioning, and start-up.

Act as the Oracle HCM Cloud functional SME partnering with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations, manage change governance, test and validate releases, ensure data integrity and reporting, and provide functional support and enablement across talent, recruiting, learning and absence processes.

Manage and optimize kiln and material handling processes to meet production KPIs. Develop SOPs and operating parameters, conduct audits and inspections, drive reliability and continuous improvement, support production/maintenance/environmental/quality teams, oversee refractory strategy and budgets, train operators, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Operate and monitor industrial plant equipment to process, screen, store, and loadout lime products. Perform visual inspections, basic troubleshooting, maintenance, lubrication, housekeeping, and mobile equipment operation. Back up Plant Operator, communicate issues to supervision, follow safety procedures (MSHA, LOTOTO), work rotating shifts, overtime, and assist team members as needed.

Provide administrative support for quarry operations: manage material requisitions and purchases, handle regulatory documentation and licenses (including explosives), prepare scheduled reports, record production and equipment rentals, oversee HR tasks and contractor approvals, coordinate trainings and CSR activities, and manage land/concession contracts and renewals.

Administer and maintain SAP BTP global accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, connectivity (Cloud Connector, Destinations), identity integration (IAS/IPS), and BTP services. Monitor platform health, manage licensing/costs, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with Basis, Integration, Security and Development teams, and lead third-party consultants supporting Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Lead and supervise electrical maintenance staff in heavy industrial/mining environments, enforce Mine Health & Safety Act compliance, coordinate safety training and MSHA interactions, investigate incidents, ensure preventative actions and quality, and perform PLC/Wonderware troubleshooting while using CMMS and MS Office tools.

Develop detailed 3D models, assembly and installation drawings, and BOMs for new or retrofit packaged equipment. Ensure designs meet applicable industrial codes, review vendor documentation, support procurement, maintain standards libraries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while following quality and safety systems.

Lead plant production to meet quality and customer requirements, manage workforce and safety, coordinate with maintenance and regulatory agencies, execute daily production plans using SAP, drive continuous improvement and Lean practices, and oversee outage/repair activities to minimize downtime.

Maintain and improve plant electrical and automation systems including HT distribution, substations, protection, PLC/SCADA/DCS. Plan preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, manage budgets and projects, supervise technicians, ensure safety compliance, and support digitalization and continuous improvement.

Work rotating 12-hour shifts assisting kiln operations: collect, prepare, analyze kiln and table samples; inspect and clean kiln, lime handling, and secondary areas; perform routine greasing, inspections, housekeeping, and checklists; operate or be trained on heavy equipment; assist operators and maintenance; report safety/environmental concerns and fill in for other kiln assistants as needed.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, month-end close, and internal controls. Oversee invoicing, inventory costing, collections, and ERP integrations (Salesforce to Sage/SAP). Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to improve processes, manage reporting, and coach the finance/accounting team.

Lead capital and major maintenance projects from initiation through closeout, managing engineering, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, scope, quality, safety and regulatory compliance. Develop CAPEX and project execution plans, coordinate with operations for outages and constraints, control costs and forecasts, manage contractors and vendors, facilitate change management, and ensure adherence to company project processes.

Drive gross margin (volume and price) and improve team competence and organizational efficiency. Develop new markets, products, applications, and promote services and solutions. Support and organize promotional activities (exhibitions, seminars, training, presentations) and produce promotional media. Track industry publications and influence product standardization nationally and internationally.

Provide day-to-day HR support including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration (Oracle, ADP, Dimensions, HireRight), employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, training, labor relations support, compliance reporting, and partnership with operations and safety. Maintain records, run HR reporting, facilitate performance management, and support engagement and community activities. Travel regionally (~25%).

Lead global security compliance, awareness, and vulnerability management. Drive audit readiness (GDPR, NIS2, SAP, SWIFT), run KnowBe4 campaigns, coordinate remediation, define governance artifacts, report metrics, and manage one direct report plus matrix oversight of SOC analysts to improve compliance posture and remediation SLAs.
