The trainee participates in continuous improvement, budgeting, reporting, meetings, goal setting, and workforce management while preparing for a future production leadership role. Relocation based on organizational needs is required.

Coordinates customer orders, truck dispatch, outbound deliveries, and transportation resources across regional aggregate locations. Manages SAP sales and shipment orders, carrier relationships, freight invoice reconciliation, and service issue resolution. Supports retail yard optimization, cost-effective transportation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organization, and conflict-resolution skills, along with transportation or logistics experience and periodic travel.

Operates, monitors, and controls industrial equipment used to process, store, and load lime products. Performs housekeeping, manual cleanup, basic maintenance, lubrication, inspections, troubleshooting, and mobile equipment operation. Supports Plant Operators and other team members, communicates maintenance issues, follows safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures, and works rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Manages quarry and crusher safety, product quality, mining efficiency, budgets, inventory, capital expenditures, production planning, suppliers, contractors, and government relationships. Oversees mining and geology activities, equipment inspections, reporting, people management, and coordination with operations and maintenance teams. Leads quarry and GCC production activities, including working-capital management, cost control, research and development, waste utilization, and product value enhancement.

Operate and monitor plant production processes safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting pre-shift inspections, checking machine fluids, starting and shutting down machinery, adjusting machine parameters and dryer temperature profiles, responding to abnormal operating conditions, maintaining housekeeping and records, reviewing shift information, and analyzing operational trends.

Supports the legal team through legal research, memorandum and correspondence drafting, corporate recordkeeping, transaction and due diligence review, pleadings and filings, policy advocacy, public education materials, and company-wide initiatives.

Supports purchasing and supply planning activities, including ERP navigation, purchase order maintenance, supplier communications, pricing and delivery coordination, reporting, data analysis, documentation, forecasting, and planning meetings. The intern also assists with spreadsheet creation, process documentation, and daily supply chain operations while developing practical experience in supplier management and business planning.

Supervise and coach the Accounts Payable team, oversee the full AP cycle and Procure-to-Pay contributions, ensure timely and accurate invoice payment and reconciliations, maintain internal controls and compliance, resolve complex vendor disputes, drive process improvements and automation, support audits, and prepare AP reports and KPIs for management.

Provide global network engineering support (LAN/WAN/DNS/DHCP/firewalls/wireless), troubleshoot L1-L3 issues, manage infrastructure lifecycle, automate tasks, optimize latency, support datacenter migrations and Cisco/Meraki deployments, create documentation, and mentor teams.

Lead operations, safety, environmental compliance, and staff at multiple production sites. Drive continuous improvement, production planning, cost control, capital projects, community and stakeholder relations, and develop a high-performing team.

Inspect, lubricate, and service production machines; diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; repair or replace damaged parts; ensure safe operation and minimize equipment downtime.

Drive gross margin (volume and price) and improve team competence and organizational efficiency. Develop new markets, products, applications, and promote services and solutions. Support and organize promotional activities (exhibitions, seminars, training, presentations) and produce promotional media. Track industry publications and influence product standardization nationally and internationally.

Lead plant production to meet quality and customer requirements, manage workforce and safety, coordinate with maintenance and regulatory agencies, execute daily production plans using SAP, drive continuous improvement and Lean practices, and oversee outage/repair activities to minimize downtime.

Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team and manage daily AR operations including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and aging. Drive collection strategies, resolve billing disputes, collaborate with Sales/Customer Service, produce AR reporting and KPIs, support close and audit activities, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve cash flow and controls.

Lead reliability engineering for regional plants by analyzing failures, developing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, implementing CMMS, optimizing critical-asset maintenance, conducting root-cause analyses, training teams, improving spare-parts and shutdown planning, and supporting safety and sustainability initiatives.

Develop detailed 3D models, prepare fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, and GA layouts for new or retrofit packaged equipment. Ensure designs meet industrial codes, review vendor documentation, maintain standards libraries, and support procurement and cross-functional teams. Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead optimization and continuous improvement of the rotary lime kiln and associated production units. Perform heat and mass balances, root cause analysis, process and energy audits, and raw material/fuel analyses. Provide technical support to production, maintenance, environmental and quality teams; manage refractory and stone feed systems; input production data into SAP; ensure product quality, emissions compliance, and safe operations.

Lead development and execution of a corporate quality program across North American mining sites. Align ISO-compliant practices, analyze production data to drive improvements, train teams, support operations on quality issues, track metrics for leadership, and travel to sites to implement and standardize quality systems.

Manage and grow customer accounts, provide technical application support, lead pre- and post-sales activities, run lab/process trials to validate product suitability, coordinate with production and QC to meet customer specifications, resolve quality issues, support product/application rollouts, contribute to regional marketing plans, maintain customer and application databases, engage industry associations, and monitor competitor activity.

Lead capital and major maintenance projects from initiation through closeout, managing engineering, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, scope, quality, safety and regulatory compliance. Develop CAPEX and project execution plans, coordinate with operations for outages and constraints, control costs and forecasts, manage contractors and vendors, facilitate change management, and ensure adherence to company project processes.
