Manages existing customer accounts and processes inbound sales opportunities, including quoting, pricing, product recommendations, prospecting, relationship development, and account growth. The trainee participates in continuous improvement, budgeting, reporting, meetings, goal setting, and workforce management while preparing for a future production leadership role. Relocation based on organizational needs is required.

Coordinates customer orders, truck dispatch, outbound deliveries, and transportation resources across regional aggregate locations.
