Our client is a growing construction, telecommunications and engineering firm. They need a hands-on safety leader to own health and safety across multiple active job sites in the Pryor / Tulsa area. You'll have real authority, leadership support, and a modern digital safety platform.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the health and safety program across all client sites and projects
  • Lead risk assessments, job hazard analyses and pre-task planning, and keep every site OSHA-compliant and meeting client requirements
  • Deliver new-hire safety orientations, toolbox talks and safety training, and keep training and certification records current
  • Lead incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to closure
  • Serve as a first aid / CPR responder and lead emergency response planning
  • Roll out and manage Evotix for incident reporting, safety observations and analytics
  • Work with suppliers so every site has the right PPE and safety equipment
  • Coach supervisors and crews to build a culture where everyone owns safety

What you bring

  • 5+ years of safety experience in construction, telecom, utilities or industrial settings, including at least [2] years in a lead or manager role
  • OSHA 30 required; CHST, ASP, CSP or an equivalent credential strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with incident investigation and corrective action
  • Strong background delivering training and building safety culture with field crews
  • Experience with Evotix or similar safety software (VelocityEHS, Procore Safety, SafetyCulture, etc.)
  • Confident communicator who earns respect on the jobsite and in the office
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites

Nice to have

  • Experience with fiber, telecom infrastructure, data center or heavy civil projects
  • First Aid / CPR / AED instructor certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
