Leads the company’s finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, and audit management. Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, testing/certification, client communication, subcontractor management, and closeout documentation. Mentor junior staff and standardize delivery practices while traveling ~30% for site surveys, inspections, and client sign-off.

Lead public relations, fundraising, and communications strategy for a CARF-accredited nonprofit. Oversee a two-person team and external vendors, run signature campaigns and membership program, secure grants and donors, serve as spokesperson, develop volunteer services, and report campaign performance to leadership and the Board.

Run a full-desk role: generate and close new client accounts, manage client relationships and account growth, and own full-cycle recruiting and delivery for your book of business. Source, screen, present candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain ATS records while meeting sales and placement targets.

Embed with customers to discover requirements and rapidly design, prototype, and deliver full-stack solutions. Architect and develop production systems, prepare scopes and project plans, maintain proprietary infrastructure, and codify best practices to scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function.
