Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EHS programs in a metal-mechanical / HVAC manufacturing environment (LOTO, PPE, machine safety, ergonomics, confined spaces, hazardous materials)
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (STPS, OSHA, air permits, wastewater, hazardous waste)
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive action closure
- Deliver EHS training and promote a strong safety culture
- Track and present EHS KPIs to plant leadership
