- Manage injury management and workers compensation files across relevant Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions.
- Coordinate return-to-work activities in consultation with employees, people leaders, treating practitioners, insurers and rehabilitation providers.
- Prepare, monitor and maintain return-to-work plans, suitable duties plans, medical certificates, capacity updates and claim correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with privacy, workers compensation and internal document control requirements.
- Lodge, track and follow up workers compensation claims and associated insurer actions as required.
- Monitor open injury management actions, claim progress, costs, lost time exposure and return-to-work milestones.

- Provide practical EHS administrative support to field teams, office teams and business leaders as required.
- Enter, update and quality check information in relevant EHS systems, including injury, incident and action management platforms.
- Prepare routine injury management, incident and operational EHS reports for review by the EHS Manager.
- Identify recurring issues, overdue actions, data gaps and opportunities to simplify or strengthen processes.
- Support audits, assurance activities, document reviews and implementation of improvement actions.
