任职要求：
1.理工科相关专业硕士（2027年7月前毕业），包括：
- 熟悉图像分析和处理
- 掌握Matlab，Python，或c/c++编程语言
- 能用英文进行口头和书面交流，能够撰写英文文档
2.实习时间不少于8周，每周至少4天
3.成绩优异，基础扎实
4.热爱研发工作，有长期发展意愿
5.富有探索精神、学习能力强
6.自我驱动，积极乐观，具备团队合作与问题解决能力
7.沟通表达能力强，英语书面与口语良好
8.能完成实习任务、培训及最终答辩或总结报告

Skills Required
- Master's degree in engineering or related field expected to graduate before July 2027
- Familiarity with image analysis and processing
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or C/C++ programming languages
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Internship duration of at least 8 weeks, with a minimum of 4 days per week
- Exemplary academic performance
- Passion for R&D work with a long-term development intention
- Strong self-motivation, optimism, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete internship tasks and report results
- Project experience or willingness for a long-term internship preferred
