Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Automotive Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation Control, or Computer Science
Passionate about the automotive industry and eager to build a career in this field
Strong self-learning ability, proactive in researching and adopting new technologies
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Basic knowledge of automotive systems; hands-on experience or work with hardware/software is a plus
Programming skills in Python, C#, or similar languages
Strong collaboration skills with diverse, global teams
Solid technical understanding of engine performance and electronic control systems
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities – able to quickly assess pros and cons to determine the most suitable technical solution
