About the Role
At Manabie, we believe education centers deserve more than just software or curriculum—they need a growth partner.
As a Business Development , you will work directly with education business owners to understand their challenges and help them grow through technology, operations, teacher development and strategic partnership with Manabie.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, solving business problems and building long-term partnerships instead of transactional sales.
1. Discover Growth Opportunities
- Identify education centers with growth potential.
- Build relationships with center owners and decision makers.
- Understand each center's business model, operational challenges and growth objectives.
- Analyze opportunities where Manabie's solutions can create measurable business impact.
2. Consult & Design Solutions
- Conduct in-depth business discovery with center owners.
- Recommend customized partnership models based on each center's stage of growth.
- Present business cases demonstrating operational improvements, revenue opportunities and student outcomes.
3. Drive Partnership
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout implementation.
- Ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner success.
4. Build Long-term Growth
- Develop trusted relationships with education entrepreneurs.
- Continuously identify expansion opportunities.
- Gather market insights to improve products and partnership models.
Requirements:
- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales or consultative sales.
- Prior experience working with education centers, schools, or education business owners is highly preferred.
- Enjoy solving business problems instead of simply selling products.
- Are comfortable engaging with business owners and senior decision makers.
- Have strong business acumen and curiosity to understand different business models.
- Enjoy building long-term partnerships.
- Can manage a sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and implementation.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Education Technology or Solution Sales is highly preferred.

- Probation: 2 months (100% full-time salary).

Working hours and places
- WORKING HOUR: 40 hours/week
- Working time will be flexible according to the assignment and arrangement of the department head and the requirements of the job
- WORKING PLACE: Copac Square Building, 12 Ton Dan, Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC.
