About this opportunity:
As an experienced Editorial & Comms Professional, you will work within the M&C Hub - Ericsson's in-house Marketing and Communications agency - to provide editorial and comms expertise to the global internal and external communications communities.
You will advise and deliver on content assets, and develop communication strategies and change communication approaches, enabling our Marketing & Communications organization to communicate effectively and consistently with our brand tone of voice.
In your projects, you will closely collaborate with your colleagues from the different portfolio and expertise areas in the M&C Hub.
What you will do:
• Writing and/or editing articles, blogs, press releases, social media copy, emails, newsletters, and invites as well as more complex deliveries, such as technical whitepapers, reports, and executive summaries - using AI tools to accelerate drafting, structuring, and refining content across formats.• Writing and editing high-quality comms materials - leadership messages, internal announcements, newsletters, talking points, FAQs - often the most complex or sensitive pieces on the team, applying AI-assisted drafting and editing to speed up turnaround while maintaining tone, accuracy, and message control.• Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver communication initiatives, including organizational transformations and other strategic change programs.• Develop integrated communication and communication strategies in partnership with stakeholders, aligning messaging, audience engagement and communication plans with business objectives.• The ability to generate content from stakeholder/client interactions is critical, as is distilling big ideas into concise, clear writing - and increasingly, proactively surfacing ideas and angles before stakeholders even ask.
The skills you bring:
• Advanced research, editing, creative writing and proofreading skills, with experience with writing for online communities, forums, or blogging with high-tech industry focus (IT or telecommunication is a strong positive).• Proven experience designing and delivering change communication strategies that support organizational transformation, business change and leadership communications.• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics into clear and engaging communications.• AI-Assisted content proficiency. • Experience across internal and external communications.• Hands-on experience delivering work within an in-house/creative agency environment.• Experience across technical and B2B industries.• Preferred fields of study for applicants include communications, journalism, and/or English, literature, or other related fields.• A native English-speaking background is a strong advantage, but not a prerequisite!
