Manager, EDI Operations

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the Manager, EDI Operations manages the day-to-day performance and reliability of the company’s EDI environment. This role manages the EDI support team, oversees transaction monitoring and issue resolution, and works with internal teams and trading partners to keep critical order, invoice, shipment, and inventory transactions running accurately and on time. The role also improves operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, increasing transaction accuracy, and maintaining strong support standards and documentation.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience managing EDI operations within a business environment.
  • Experience leading or managing a team supporting EDI operations or related business systems.
  • Hands-on experience monitoring EDI order-to-cash transactions, resolving exceptions, and supporting uninterrupted transaction flow.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards, common transaction sets, and transmission methods.
  • Experience supporting EDI processes connected to modern ERPs such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics365
  • Ability to identify root causes, improve operational efficiency, and work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build the EDI operations team, setting priorities and ensuring effective day-to-day support.
  • Monitor daily EDI transaction activity to ensure critical documents are processed accurately and on time.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, including transaction failures, mapping errors, and data exceptions.
  • Partner with internal teams and external trading partners to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
  • Maintain EDI maps, partner setups, support procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and improve efficiency.
  • Report on operational health, recurring issues, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Collaborate with the Integrations Solutions Lead to maintain and upgrade EDI architecture.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
