About the role
Responsible for analyzing client requirements for the electronic exchange of information and ensures that client and internal systems are compatible and connected. Gathers specifications and implements per requirements within agreed project timeframes and provides status updates to all stakeholders. Collaborates effectively and builds solid working relationships with internal users and management. Proactively monitors and analyzes production EDI activity for quality, accuracy, mapping issues and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.Key Accountabilities:
Develops and executes standard or custom queries or reports to retrieve data.
Works with data providers to improve data management workflow and resolves any issues found.
Works with and onboards data providers.
Configures and leads custom EDI solutions per business requirements with internal and external clients.
Maps files using software or works with IT on coding when complex.
Responds to inquiries relating to EDI from external trading partners and internal departments.
Consults with users on current operational procedures and clarifies business objectives.
Performs EDI file audits and quality control measures and resolves immediate issues while performing root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 - 6 years of related experience OR
High School Diploma or GED with 6 - 8 years of related experience.
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$61,412.00 - $88,706.00 per yearThe final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
