Career Stream Tasks
  • Implement sales and marketing management processes and policies related to business development, product and brand P&L management, and brand licensing, in alignment with business objectives, financial targets, and Group guidelines and policies
  • Execute sales and business development activities, including the development and management of alliance, channel, and network partnerships
  • Implement, execute, and maintain programs and policies for evaluating, measuring, and managing product and brand P&L performance (e.g., budgeting, expenditure tracking, profitability analysis, and return on investment)
  • Contribute to the development and administration of brand licensing activities to expand brand presence while ensuring compliance with approved quality standards
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure achievement of product and brand sales volumes and profitability targets

Management Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Influences stakeholders to adopt new concepts, practices, and approaches
  • Prepares and delivers presentations and proposals to functional teams and leadership groups
  • Builds and maintains strong, trust‑based cross‑functional relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Understands customer and key stakeholder interests and concerns, and provides informed guidance and solutions
  • Provides technical and functional guidance to line managers and team members as required
Experience Level
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
Education Level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and experience
