About this opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to strengthen IPECS' finance organization. In this role, you will analyze and report the financial progress according to expectations and targets for the assigned unit and based on facts provide relevant business insights and financial advice to the stakeholders with a forward-looking view to facilitate decision making and to support value creation. The Financial Analyst is the main orchestrator of the financial forecast and financial performance activities and analysis, in accordance with global directives, processes and tools. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow in the business finance field. This position will report to the FP&A leader and be part of the Business Operations Division.
What you will do:
- Ensure high-quality data diagnostic analysis in a timely manner, and communicate meaningful insights with stakeholders
- Compliance adherence: Act with integrity and make use of the Finance Mandate when identifying red flags or to prevent compliance breaches.
- Provide financial reporting, analysis & business insights
- Verify that unit financials and non-financial metrics are correctly reflected in the closing
- Support forecasting & planning cycles
- Perform financial management, including cost allocation and recovery models
- Embrace Digitalization and Automation
- Support management reporting and data quality assurance
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis functions in multi-national IT companies
- Good communication and analytical skills for explaining and presenting financial information to others
- Experience and knowledge of Financial planning and analysis, forecast process & tools
- Knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, automation, and reporting, with hands-on experience in BI tools and SQL
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems & IFRS
- Proficiency in English is a must
