Job Description
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain partner relationships with one of our top eCommerce accounts. We will encourage creativity to present innovative solutions with a test and learn mentality; and in return will look for a balance between excellent execution of priorities with a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. This role reports to the UKI Head of eCommerce. This is a collaborative, and highly successful team empowered to be creative, drive performance and prioritise personal development. Core Responsibilities- Business ownership – full accountability for end-to-end.
- Account Management of a large department store account across UK & Ireland
- Including short and long-term business planning, strong financial management, and excellent execution of our commercial priorities.
- Building relationships collaboratively across a wide variety of internal and external partners/ functions including Brand Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, and Operations covering all levels, and use those relationships to implement specific retailer plans and support company initiatives.
- Lead external dialogue of our investments via annual joint business plans and contract negotiation as well as day-to-day discussions that convince and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Own and drive structured an individual development plan that maps out and targets priority proficiencies that are at the forefront of emerging market and functional trends.

We are looking for someone with outstanding account management capabilities and a proven track record of results delivery preferably with UK&I eCommerce market exposure. The successful candidate will lead from the front with curiosity, bravery and great focus.

- Ability to convince others backed up by relevant and data with a strong analytical approach.

- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple partners.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- An ability to work 3 days from our office in Slough (2 days from home).
