Job Title: EBS Finance Support Lead
Reports to: VP, Enterprise Engineering
Location: Goleta, CA (remote position)

Your Impact:
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Use analysis techniques to elicit, analyze, translate, and document issue requirements into technical requirements for both enhancements and defects. Once defect requirements are captured, participate in solution design working sessions to meet requirements. Work with user community to perform analysis of issues to support resolution process, as appropriate. Reduce regular data fixes with proper root cause solution. Serve as single point of contact representing IT shared services track to the business, leading as a functional finance/shared service systems specialist with various departments and third parties. Ensure that Systems as a Software (SaaS) application providers issues are triaged and root cause is identified. Provide assistance with Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules around procure-to-pay (P2P), record-to-report (R2R), account-to-report (A2R), and quote-to-cash (Q2C) flows. Maintain incident service level agreement response and resolution timelines. Operate in line with defect analysis and development guidelines in resolution of user logged requests. Contribute to Knowledge Management content's creation and maintenance
SALARY: $144,976 - $150,000/year
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Who You Are:
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance or related quantitative field of study. Employer will accept post-secondary academic coursework and/or relevant work experience which is evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in accordance with 8 CFR § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(D).
Work Experience:
• 7 years of progressive experience in Oracle ERP finance analysis
Skills/Competencies:
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following
- 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS finance modules (such as AR, AP, GL, etc.).
- 7 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience including programming using SQL and PL*SQL.
- EBS integration experience in at least one of the following 3rd party applications: Concur, Planview, One Source, Virtual Trader, or Blackline.
- omni-channel business (distributor/ wholesale/ retail/ ecommerce) and business processes related to operating an international business.
- finance-related operational experience.
- communicating with senior leaders and representatives from various departments of a company
