The coordinator will support campus recruiting events, requisition management, candidate data accuracy, and offer creation, while helping deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. This position supports GE HealthCare USCAN businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for USCAN early talent recruiting programs
- Coordinate campus recruiting activities and events, including logistics, materials, calendars, and follow‑up
- Support university and campus relationships in partnership with campus recruiting leads
- Create, maintain, and track early talent requisitions in Workday and other recruiting systems
- Ensure accurate candidate data entry, documentation, and reporting
- Assist with offer creation and approval processes for early talent candidates
- Support pre‑hire and onboarding coordination as needed
- Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling as a supporting responsibility
- Partner across recruiters, business leaders, program managers, and early talent leadership to keep hiring activities on track
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant recruiting coordination or HR operations experience
- Experience working in an ATS or HR system (Workday preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
- Collaborative, service‑oriented approach
