Job SummaryThis role participates in a 12-month Leadership Development Program in the health care payer space. The program builds a foundation in strategic thinking, communication, leadership and project management. Participants gain hands-on experience supporting strategic projects across multiple business and functional areas. Depending on placement, work may include Value Based Care, Pharmacy, Network Strategy, Individual and Family Markets and related enterprise priorities.What Does the Leadership Development Program Entail?

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?

- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We are not offering this program under OPT or CPT or sponsoring work visas for these roles.
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interacting with personnel across departments and at various levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
- Experience with analytics and information synthesis.
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
