Profile: Graduated in any Engineering field. Preferred background in process engineering with strong skills in digital analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Overview:
As a Process Engineer you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing. You'll identify and eliminate process losses, enhance quality, and leverage digital tools to optimize production. Ideal for analytical minds passionate about making an immediate impact on efficiency and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses to build capability and control.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead RE analysis, touch mapping, and weekly Hoshin cycles to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Operational Standards: Ensure proper HS&E and Quality foundations; manage the line's RTT DMS and coach IWS progress.
- Data & Digital Tools: Utilize Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS (or similar) for data analysis and visualization.
- Digital Transformation: Support and lead adoption of digital solutions, facilitating integration and team training for efficiency.
- Value Creation: Participate in loss analyses, collaborate with stakeholders, and engage cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in digital analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
Soft Skills:
- Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Loss Elimination, Root Cause Analysis (RE analysis), and Integrated Work Systems (IWS).
- Familiarity and practical experience with Daily Management System (DMS) management, including "Run to Target" (RTT) principles.
