About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as an E2E Service Expert and play a pivotal role in the execution of our new Operation Model. This position requires exceptional multi-technology, multivendor knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of Mobile Networks architectures - both legacy and Cloud-based. As an E2E Service Expert, you will drive and support the successful implementation and transition of multidomain customer projects into MS responsibilities, while relentlessly pursuing continuous service and automation upgrades.
What you will do:- Create a network of skilled service level experts within Operate Networks, shifting focus from maintaining domain KPIs to improving end-to-end service KPIs for our clientele.- Actively participate in new feature testing through our direct connection with all the PDUs.- Propose enhancements to current features and suggest fresh ones based on the day-to-day operational requirements.- Execute Strategy Infrastructure Product (SIP) Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities for new or improved service and resource deployment, based on the detailed design project from Planning and Engineering.- Propel automation within customer networks using cross-domain and end-to-end view competencies.- Lead multidomain troubleshooting investigations, ensuring consistent analysis across all areas to identify root causes of service degradation.- Engage actively in presales, and maintain productive relationships with both new and existing customers.
