Job Function: Supply Chain - Planning

Report To: Senior E2E Planning Manager

Job Description

  • Lead Project Network Management with cross functions for all launch, re-launch, sourcing changes, raw & pack material harmonization, cost saving, localizations, promotions to deliver Activities on time in full.
  • Build, chair & facilitate the PTM (Project Team Meeting) for Innovations parts. Produce NRR to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes.
  • Ensure the Category achieve the customer service target by managing the Stock Availability.
  • Update Production Plan to Finance for Production cost estimation process. Produce capacity utilization.
  • Responsible on inventory forecasting to cross functions.
  • Mange Business Waste. Own master data of FGs code.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree and more prefer Supply Chain/ Logistics Management, Business Administration/ Management holder.  
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experiences in related filed (Demand & Supply Planning, Custom Clearance, Control Stock).
  • Successful project lead experience in Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain Development.
  • Experiences in communicate with Local and Foreign Suppliers.
  • Good command in English.
  • Be able to use Microsoft office especially in Advanced Excel experience required.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Lead / Coach team for professional growth and ensure and ensure completion of performance development plans. Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
