E-Trade Marketing Manager
Your role:
The E-Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating & delivering the best consumer experience across our key ecommerce retailer and Marketplaces, ensuring smooth consumer and shopper journey alongside all touchpoints. The role is responsible for PDP (Text/Videos/Images), Sellout, Peak event planning, Competitive positioning and Search (Platform specific).
Acts as single point of contact for campaign performance for the e-commerce marketplaces
Responsible for all collectively set targets on e-commerce marketplaces & track continuously to achieve the same and in line with overall KPI’s
Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to align the media ecosystem and ensure target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI’s
Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and the platform’s ad solutions
(e.g. Amazon, Amazon Search, Amazon Display, Amazon DSP & remarketing) to create holistic marketing strategies for Philips by working with senior decision-makers – Internal Stakeholders & External Stake holders – Business, Marketing & Insights
Monitor Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CX optimization across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C and initiate product content adoptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores)
Find new opportunities to grow revenue and sales. – Hands-on experience in marketplace portal management (If Amazon then for Amazon, Vendor Central, Amazon PIMS)
Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling
Review the return on ad spends for all campaigns executed and develop learning’s for the future campaigns
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Digital Marketing to ensure consistency in presenting our brand
Leverage support from all Omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA – e-tailer search,
Paid Social – Programmatic – Affiliate – Philips.com pages – CRM emails – E-trade content) to ensure KPI delivery on the e-commerce marketplaces
Financial reconciliation with internal & external stakeholders
Drive R&R excellence
Support local initiated campaigns with deployment, landing page(s) and retailer (EComm Marketplace) channel specific activation
Brief and co-ordinate relevant external agencies

Bachelor, Master or comparable practical experience
Digital Mindset
Platform skills for the relevant marketplace
Action Oriented and data-driven, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders
Business English fluency

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Skills Required
