The National Fraud Enforcement Division (FRD), established by the Department of Justice on April 7, 2026, is a new, centralized litigating division dedicated to investigating and prosecuting fraud against taxpayer‑funded programs, including healthcare, tax, and benefits fraud. The Division unites several DOJ components to create a coordinated, whole‑of‑government approach to combat fraud. • Gather attorney requirements and translate them into detailed work order tickets in case‑tracking systems
  • Oversee execution of all technical workflows including staging, culling, processing, and loading
  • Train and assist attorneys with search strategies, review workflows, and platform usage (e.g., Relativity Server or RelOne)
  • Run productions, prepare exhibits, and support analytics and AI‑driven workflows
  • Act as the primary technical representative for the matter, delivering or coordinating all required technical solutions
  • Ensure all activities comply with directives for secure handling of sensitive documents
  • Maintain organization, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Manage relationships with case teams, technical staff, and other stakeholders across complex projects

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency across a wide range of eDiscovery and litigation support tools and technologies
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all document‑handling security directives
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate within a team environment
