Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
At CrowdStrike, our mission is to stop breaches. To do that, we need to build the most elite teams in the world. CrowdStrike’s Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and we are looking for an exceptional, high-impact Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our mission-driven team.
In this role, you will leverage your deep technical acumen to support high-stakes global client groups. While your primary focus will be our Counter Adversary Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Internal Security organizations (including specialized Insider Threat and Risk teams), you will maintain the operational agility to pivot across multiple groups as organizational priorities shift.
Our TA team takes a deeply consultative, intelligence-led approach. Cybersecurity, trust, and security operations leaders look to us as strategic advisors who understand their unique technical requirements, specific threat-landscape contexts, and long-term talent vectors. If you are a high-acumen, resilient, and forward-thinking recruiter who thrives on hunting top-tier tech talent and securing the human capital that protects the world, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior TA Partner, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, deliver a premium experience to sophisticated stakeholders, and champion recruitment innovation. Your core responsibilities will include:
Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate deeply with security, engineering, and intelligence leaders to map long-term capacity plans, define core competencies, and build targeted hiring strategies for highly specialized profiles across threat intelligence and insider risk.
High-Fidelity Sourcing & Asset Discovery: Direct-source hard-to-find, niche technical candidates—such as Threat Researchers, Reverse Engineers, Insider Threat Analysts, Security Architects, and Incident Responders—utilizing creative strategies, advanced Boolean logic, and trusted industry networks.
Tech & AI Innovation: Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging recruiting technologies to optimize workflow efficiency, enhance candidate engagement, and improve overall talent intelligence.
Candidate Evaluation & Engagement: Rigorously screen candidates to assess technical capability, soft skills, and high-consequence mission alignment. Craft compelling, highly tailored outreach campaigns that highlight CrowdStrike’s complex technical challenges and elite engineering culture.
Process & Offer Management: Oversee a seamless interview process (supported by our Talent Coordinators) and flawlessly manage the offer, negotiation, and closing stages.
Data-Driven Intelligence: Provide hiring managers with regular operational updates, data-driven recruitment metrics, and actionable market intelligence on industry hiring trends and competitor talent mapping.
Relationship Management & Mentorship: Build rapid trust internally and externally, communicating with clarity, discretion, and diplomacy across all echelons—from individual contributors to the C-suite. Act as a peer mentor to share advanced sourcing tradecraft within the broader TA team.
Compliance & Operational Security: Maintain total confidentiality, high attention to detail, and ensure all recruiting activities comply with strict hiring policies, background/vetting standards, relevant legislation, and organizational guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
7–10+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience, with a proven track record of filling complex, niche roles in cybersecurity, internal security/SecOps, engineering, or intelligence sectors.
Deep experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for fast-scaling software and high-tech companies required
Preferred: A background that blends both agency and corporate in-house recruiting, with familiarity recruiting for Insider Threat, personnel risk, high-clearance environments, threat intel, or specialized software engineering teams.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Core Competencies
Operational Agility: Ability to pivot quickly in a constantly changing environment and manage multiple priorities or distinct technical client groups simultaneously with a high sense of urgency.
Consultative Mindset: Exceptional proactive problem-solving skills, with the confidence to ask probing questions, challenge assumptions, and advise security and intelligence leaders.
Communication & Discretion: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of professional discretion (essential when handling internal security and insider threat mandates), and a strong "can-do" attitude dedicated to delivering a white-glove candidate experience.
Tech-Savviness: An early-adopter mindset with a strong track record of using applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent mapping methodologies, and AI tools to optimize talent pipelines.
