Job Title: E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist
Work Schedule: Full-Time (Remote), 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

We are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our client’s online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and other major online marketplaces. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
  • Oversee marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
  • Monitor marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with requirements.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
