E-Commerce Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Manage and optimize Shopify store - clean up product listings, titles, descriptions, images
2) Manage Amazon listings and inventory
3) SEO optimization and keyword research for product listings (not required but good to have, recommended to have DMA instead)
4) Set up proper systems (email marketing, abandoned checkouts, etc.)
5) Inventory and 3PL logistics management
6) Product dimensions and weight documentation

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries
• Experience with content, product, and inventory management
• Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
• Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
• Knowledge of CSS Media queries
Tool Requirements:
• Shopify - Expert level experience
• Amazon FBA/Seller Central - Expert level experience
• E-commerce platforms (eBay, Walmart, Newegg, Best Buy Canada) - Familiarity preferred

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Schedule: 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package (with HMO):
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 49,000.00 per month
