Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, OnTheList is a leading premium flash sales concept in Asia and the Middle-East. OnTheList works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. OnTheList Korea is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to execute website content initiatives in order to grow the eCommerce channel, optimize local user experience, and develop online

strategies. This role closely collaborates with Marketing, Operation, and IT functions, and reports directly to Omnichannel Operation Manager in Korea.

Key Roles

• Own and manage the OnTheList Korea website, including defining strategy, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing customer experience
• Develop the eCommerce channel with a clear focus on sales and conversion. Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Select agency for localized website creation and managing the UI/UX
• Manage the content creation for the website to ensure consistent aesthetic and tone of voice in line with OnTheList brand guidelines
• Work closely with logistics partner to ensure smooth and efficient operation in both warehouse and delivery
• Prepare reporting materials to analyze previous sales and arrange successful new sales
• Contribute to creative ideas that support and generate excitement around each online flash sale to increase visitation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3~6 years of experience in online or omnichannel marketplace
• Ability to manage timelines and work to tight deadlines
• Highly commercial with a good understanding of e-commerce principles
• Experience using Shopify or any other e-commerce platform is recommended
• Excellent copy writing and back office skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Korean Work Environment
• WFH once a week (after probation)
• International environment with ongoing collaboration with OnTheList regions

l 주도적으로 OnTheList 코리아 사이트를 관리; 그 중에서도 성장 기회, 전략, 고객 편의 개선사항을 정의하고 실시함.

l 온라인 채널 개발을 위해서 매출 및 전환에 중점을 두고, 기회를 선별하여 새로운 방안을 찾아 실천함.

l 온라인 에어진시 선정하여 신규 사이트 구축 및 UI/UX 관리.

l OnTheList 브랜드 가이드라인에 따라 일관된 TONE & MANNER를 보장하기 위해 웹사이트의 콘텐츠 관리.

l 3PL 물류 파트너와 협력을 통해 창고 및 배송 업무가 원활하게 효율적으로 운영 관리.

l 판매 분석하고 성공적인 다음 행사를 준비하기 위한 보고 자료를 생성.

l 새로운 아이디어를 내보고 시도하는것에 대해 거침없이 실행할수 있는 도전정신.

자격요건

· 4년제 대학 졸업

· 관련 업무 3~6년 정규직 경력

· 일정 관리를 능숙하게 하며 촉박한 기한에 맞춰 작업 가능한자

· 상업적인 온라인 비즈니스에 이해도가 높은 자

· Shopify 또는 기타 전자상거래 플랫폼 사용 경험 선호

· 기본적인 카피라이팅 및 탁월한 백오피스 기술

· 한국어/영어로 우수한 작문 및 구사 능력
