The Assistant HR Manager will build and manage the HR function in Korea, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Responsibilities include full recruitment cycle, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and maintaining HR systems.

Own L2 support for internal business applications across APAC/Middle East: troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, maintain and develop applications, automations, and integrations, monitor performance, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, support deployments and new feature releases, and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.

Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the flash-sale platform and internal ops. Translate business needs into specs and Jira tickets, coordinate Engineering/UI/QA, run UAT, manage releases, and iterate based on performance and feedback across APAC and Middle East markets.

Support Middle East HR across end-to-end recruitment and HR administration: post job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding/offboarding, prepare contracts and NDAs, maintain records, assist with event staffing and KSA expansion projects, and handle confidential information professionally.

Assisting with month-end close, account reconciliations, forecasting, and financial analysis while supporting the finance team on special projects.

Manage and grow OnTheList Korea website: define strategy, optimize customer experience and conversion, select/localize UI/UX agency, create content aligned with brand, coordinate logistics and 3PL, produce sales analysis and reporting, and drive creative initiatives for flash sales.

Provide IT support and event setup for regional sales, maintaining office/store infrastructure, managing IT access and assets, coordinating vendors, triaging L1/L2 tickets, and enforcing security and documentation processes to ensure reliable systems for offices, showrooms, pop-ups, and e-commerce operations.

The E-Commerce Manager will strategize and oversee online growth, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality presentation of luxury products while managing digital marketing and performance tracking for the GCC region.
