Supports account planning managers across brand partnerships and flash sale events. Own brand partnerships for OnTheList Dubai, managing acquisition, onboarding, retention, and commercial growth across luxury retail accounts. Coordinate marketing, operations, customer service, vendors, and floor teams to deliver online and offline flash-sale events. Analyze inventory, pricing, product mix, sell-through, revenue, and account performance to shape event strategy. Lead negotiations, business reviews, reporting, and recommendations while developing relationships across the UAE and GCC.

Assisting with month-end close, account reconciliations, forecasting, and financial analysis while supporting the finance team on special projects.

Support Middle East HR across end-to-end recruitment and HR administration: post job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding/offboarding, prepare contracts and NDAs, maintain records, assist with event staffing and KSA expansion projects, and handle confidential information professionally.

Provide IT support and event setup for regional sales, maintaining office/store infrastructure, managing IT access and assets, coordinating vendors, triaging L1/L2 tickets, and enforcing security and documentation processes to ensure reliable systems for offices, showrooms, pop-ups, and e-commerce operations.

The Assistant HR Manager will build and manage the HR function in Korea, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Responsibilities include full recruitment cycle, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and maintaining HR systems.

Own L2 support for internal business applications across APAC/Middle East: troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, maintain and develop applications, automations, and integrations, monitor performance, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, support deployments and new feature releases, and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.

Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the flash-sale platform and internal ops. Translate business needs into specs and Jira tickets, coordinate Engineering/UI/QA, run UAT, manage releases, and iterate based on performance and feedback across APAC and Middle East markets.
