This position is responsible for researching, listing and providing accurate descriptions of donations that are selected to be sold through various online auction sites. Must meet or exceed the listing daily production goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures work activities are being completed efficiently while maintaining compliance with all safety standards; insures staff is adhering to all safety expectations and requirements for the workplace with emphasis on neatness, cleanliness, and organization. This duty is performed daily.
- Research items selected to be listed to ensure listing accuracy. Using web based software to list our items on various auction sites. Expected to meet or exceed established daily quotas. This duty is performed daily.
- Performs accurate initial sort and grading of donations to be listed. Supervises and performs posting of donations into inventory system, shelving, and order processing. This duty is performed daily.
- Works with management in identifying and addressing any quality control issues. This duty is performed weekly.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, people served, co-workers and management. This duty is performed daily.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. This duty is performed daily.

What We Do
Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is an independently operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds its mission largely through sales of donated goods. It operates retail stores and donation sites while using proceeds to provide Arkansans with job training, career services, education, and other resources. Its work is focused on helping people overcome barriers to employment, build independence, and achieve success through education, training, and employment.
