Develops and delivers employee training programs through digital, in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Conducts needs assessments, creates and updates learning materials, collaborates with subject matter experts, manages training logistics, supports the company LMS, and tracks training metrics. The role also contributes to curriculum planning and applies instructional design, facilitation, project management, and organizational skills.

Leads the operational, financial, strategic, and programmatic success of Goodwill’s Mission Services organization. Oversees workforce development, trade school, career centers, reentry programming, employee training, accreditation, compliance, budgeting, performance measurement, and community partnerships. Supervises multiple departments and senior leaders, develops organizational goals, represents Goodwill publicly, and ensures high-quality services for job seekers, employers, employees, and community partners.

Executive leader responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic success of Goodwill’s Mission Services division. Oversees education, workforce development, career services, and reentry programs; manages budgets, performance goals, compliance, accreditation, community partnerships, and statewide operations.
