As an E-commerce Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing D2C channel orders. You will take full ownership of the ordering process, from order receipt until point of delivery to the customer. Therefore, the position requires highest level of customer service and professionalism.
Your role:
Managing and processing orders from the online shop (D2C channel) end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Handling day-to-day operational activities, including order status updates, returns, and RMA processes
Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment activities to ensure product availability in the warehouse
Collaborating closely with the Digital team and external partners to ensure smooth order execution and customer experience
Supporting daily operational tasks in a dynamic e-commerce environment
You are the right fit if:
You have a degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
You have previous experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or E-commerce environment
You bring good understanding of order processing and stock management
You have solid Excel skills, both for operational use and basic data analysis
You speak Polish and English on a very good level
You are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
