Ready to awaken your best with us?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our  E-commerce  team. As a E-commerce Category Manager for UK, you will own the business performance of your market from end to end. You’ll define the strategy, drive growth, and shape the customer experience. You will be a key player in our E-Commerce Europe team, contributing to cross-country and cross-functional initiatives, with regular exposure to senior leadership.

What you´ll do:

  • Own the P&L of the Product Categories in the UK with a focus on profitable growth and margin expansion.
  • Define and execute the category strategy for one of our categories (Mattresses, Beds, and Accessories)—adapting the global assortment to the UK market and uncovering new segment opportunities.
  • Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Lead Go-To-Market Initiatives for new product launches in the UK, collaborating with Global Product Success, Sourcing, Marketing, and UX teams.
  • Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Plan and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs for a timely and cost-effective portfolio evolution.
  • Run Campaign & Commercial Planning in alignment with your Marketing counterpart, ensuring an impactful promotional calendar.
  • Partner with the Regional Webshop Team to improve digital conversion and category presentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to improve cost structure and supply performance for the UK market.

Who we´re looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or E-commerce.
  • 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting — ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven P&L ownership or significant contribution to commercial performance.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen — you understand pricing, margin drivers, and portfolio management.
  • Business ownership mentality: you take full responsibility, act decisively, and identify growth opportunities proactively.
  • Cross-functional executor: you align teams, manage dependencies, and follow through with high standards.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Fluency in English.

What we offer:

  • Pet-friendly environment, where you can bring your furry desk buddy;
  • Discounts on our top-notch products;
  • Health insurance including dentist;
  • 24 days holidays / year +1 day/year at Emma (max. 29 days);
  • The opportunity to collaborate with multinational teams;
  • Exciting events that aren't just team-building exercises but opportunities to create epic memories;
  • All the tools you need to grow and ownership from the beginning.

Become an Emmie

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.
