  • Develop and execute the category and product portfolio strategy, including launches, assortment planning, phase-outs, and lifecycle management.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, pricing, margins, and customer behavior, recommending data-driven growth actions.
  • Partner closely with performance marketing, brand marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer service to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to continuously improve category positioning and customer experience.
  • Lead successful product launches and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
  • Identify trends in E-commerce, marketplace dynamics, customer experience, and digital merchandising to fuel strategic decisions.

Who we´re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, category management, online merchandising, digital retail, or D2C businesses.
  • Proven ability to drive online revenue growth, optimize product categories, and use data for decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and customer-centric mindset, with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.

What we offer:

  • Pet-friendly environment, where you can bring your furry desk buddy;
  • Discounts on our top-notch products;
  • Health insurance including dentist;
  • 24 days holidays / year +1 day/year at Emma (max. 29 days);
  • The opportunity to collaborate with multinational teams;
  • Exciting events that aren't just team-building exercises but opportunities to create epic memories;
  • All the tools you need to grow and ownership from the beginning.
