Responsibilities- Validate system functionality, design, compatibility, performance, and stress capacity.
- Test and monitor product features and device compatibility.
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Analyze test data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Optimize testing processes through improved methodologies, tools, and test program development.
- Establish and maintain test environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of networking, radio, and Linux.
- Proficient in using a multimeter, thermal chamber, data logger, and EMC compliance equipment.
- Experience in hardware or design quality testing.
- Experience in environmental stress testing, particularly thermal and reliability systems.
- Enthusiastic about new technology and eager to develop into a lead test engineer.
- Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, thermal chambers, power supplies, Ethernet traffic analyzers, and electronic loads.
- Experience in PoE testing, ESD, thermal testing, power consumption testing, RMA failure analysis and tracking, reliability testing, 2nd source verification, and mechanical inspection.
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.

Skills Required
